Ignoring the signs and the gut feeling that your partner is sneaking around behind your back is not a good thing and it will never do anything to your relationship. So instead of being in denial, take action and verify the facts; it is time for you to have a yes or no answer to this question: "Is my partner sneaking around behind my back?" With that in mind, here are four tips to find out.
Check your partner's messages. If he/she develops a habit of deleting their call history, browsing history, email or text messages, and chat logs, you can be certain that he/she is hiding something from you-like the name and contact details of the new person that he/she is seeing. Your partner may also start acting overly possessive of his/her communication devices including his/her laptop, PC, PDAs, and mobile phone. Demand to know the reason why he/she is not sharing those things with you.
Check your level of intimacy with your partner. Is it dwindling? Determine how much time you get to spend together and the times when he/she would rather be doing something else without you. A partner who would often avoid moments of intimacy with you should be enough sign that something is wrong. In some cases, you may notice that your partner is just faking or pretending to be enjoying spending time with you. Being on-guard makes it easy for you to detect insincere and fake compliments along with his/her body language.
Check for guilt through his/her behavior. One day you are his/her confidante and the next day, he/she refuses to talk or share things with you. Your partner's mood swings become more frequent and he/she acts aloof whenever you are together. He/she could be caring today and tomorrow, they will start acting cold. These changes are indications that your partner could be guilty of doing something bad so they are acting depressed and remorseful towards you.
From there, discuss things with your spouse to clear things up.

My husband and i got Married last year and we have been living happily for a while. We used to be free with everything and never kept any secret from each other until recently everything changed when he got a new Job in NewYork 2 months ago.
