Surviving a Break Up and Getting Over Your Ex
It is easy to call off a relationship but surviving a break up is what needs a lot of strength. The lost and lonely feeling which overwhelms one is the most difficult part of coming out of a relationship. The best way to deal with this is to avoid being alone so that you can at least deal with the loneliness. Stay with friends and do a lot of interesting things to keep busy and occupied.
Surviving a break up can be made more difficult if you keep dwelling on things you did together. Avoid going to the restaurants which you frequented, do not listen to music which you jointly enjoyed and stay away from romantic movies and books. All this will truly help in forgetting your ex and moving on in life.
Well it would be nice to remain friends with your ex but often this is easier said than done when you are trying surviving a break up. What you can do without being too negative is to list all the things which led to the break up and how you could not stand going over them again just to feel that it was a wise thing to part. Remember that the hurtful irritable things are going to remain the same and this is the reason for the break up in the first place. Surviving a break up with thoughts of reasons which led to it will help you to thank your lucky stars you are out of the relationship and start living life anew.
In due time the pain and loneliness will disappear and you will find a new circle of friends. Surviving a break up means starting life a new and coming out without the baggage of a broken relationship but with a new zest for life.
